ANSWERS TO YOUR QUESTIONS (FAQS)

Everything you need to know before booking your tour.

No. The instructors walk every participant through the technique on a short practice wall before the first canyon rappel. You only need to be willing to lean back over the edge and trust the rope.

The first rappel can feel intimidating, especially the 70-foot waterfall drop. Most guests describe it as a thrilling but controlled experience. You always have a backup line and an instructor at the top and bottom of every drop.

10 years old and 90 lbs (40 kg) minimum so the harness fits safely. Maximum weight is 250 lbs (113 kg) per ASTM standards on the harness manufacturer.

Yes, completely. At least one rappel goes through a waterfall and there are swim sections between drops. Wear swimwear under the wetsuit and bring dry clothes for the return.

Light rain does not affect the tour. If a thunderstorm or flash-flood warning is issued, the tour is rescheduled or refunded at the operator's discretion for safety reasons.
